To make the petals, dip the toothpick in the polish, make a dot then pull and lift the toothpick towards the center dot. five small rhinestones purchased at any store walmart has sets, place on your first coat while wet and then put a clear coat on top. some people even put a dab of nail glue to hold in place. you will need tweezers and small cuticle stick. arrange in a star formation and put a dab of white nail polish in the center of the formation.
