Ladies if you owned a hair Salon how would you design it and Draw in Business?

Such as would the Salon look Modern, Country, or Pink and Girly, or Punk type atmosphere. What music would you play? What magazines would you have for customers to look at? Would the employees all be Female or Both sexes? Would there Uniforms? Would it matter to have a cute secretary so guys would want to get thier haircut there?Ladies if you owned a hair Salon how would you design it and Draw in Business?

You can have a hair salon that caters to all. Maybe one side you can have a more younger salon that play new age music, keep the cost low for the kids. You can have your trainees work there first lol....and on another side you could cater to the older folks...You can have specials and pass out flyer's...
