How will you design an ad for a salon using Photoshop?

I'm thinkking sbout the work flows...or the color themes and doing it the most effective way. Even your own work flow will be a great help. This could be ads for whole pages, or the side, or the bottom type of ads on megazines,newspapers etc.How will you design an ad for a salon using Photoshop?
